Booking & Scheduling
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: Minimum 24 hours is preferred. However, I may be able to accommodate same-day bookings on a case-by-case basis depending on my schedule. Contact me via WhatsApp to check availability.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A: See my cancellation policy above. More than 24 hours = free cancellation. Less notice = fees may apply.

Q: What if you need to cancel?
A: I'll notify you ASAP and offer full refund or priority rebooking.

Q: Do you work in rain/bad weather?
A: I prefer covered areas. Rain can affect results. I may suggest rescheduling if conditions are unsuitable, but I've worked in various weather conditions.


Pricing & Payments
Q: Why do I have to pay online before the service?
A: For bookings through my ad campaigns, online payment locks in your appointment and prevents no-shows, which waste my time and ad spend. If you book directly (phone/WhatsApp), you can pay cash on completion (except €300+ services which require €150 deposit).

Q: What if my car is worse than I thought and needs a higher package?
A: I'll inspect on arrival and recommend the appropriate service. You can upgrade (pay the difference), decline (I'll do my best with the booked service), or pay hourly (€40/hr) for specific extras.

Q: What's included in each package?
A:
Exterior Wash (€60): Wash, dry, tire shine, windows. ~1 hour.
Interior Clean (€60): Vacuum, wipe surfaces, windows, air freshen. ~1 hour.
Deep Clean (€150): Full exterior + interior + light stain treatment. ~2-3 hours.
Ultimate Clean (€300+): Deep clean + polishing/paint correction + premium protection. 4+ hours. Requires €150 deposit.

Q: Can I pay cash?
A: Yes, if you book directly (not through ad campaigns) AND it's under €300. For €300+ services, €150 deposit is required (cash or online).

Q: Do you offer monthly maintenance packages?
A: Yes! I offer recurring monthly packages at €200, €400, and €480/month depending on your needs. Contact me for details.


Service & Expectations
Q: How long will my service take?
A: Time estimates are approximate and depend on vehicle size, condition, and weather. I'll give you a more accurate estimate on arrival.

Q: What if it takes longer than expected?
A: I'll let you know and either continue (if minor) or offer to finish another day or charge hourly (€40/hr) for extra work. You're not obligated to accept.

Q: Can you remove pet hair / coffee stains / mystery smell?
A: I'll do my best! However, some issues require specialized treatments beyond basic packages. I'll assess on arrival and recommend solutions.

Q: Will my car look brand new?
A: Many customers tell me their car looks "like new" or "better than the day they got it." Results depend on starting condition - well-maintained vehicles show dramatic improvement. I use professional products and techniques, but years of neglect, sun damage, or scratches can't always be fully reversed.

Q: What if I'm not happy with the result?
A: Inspect with me before I leave and point out specific concerns. I'll address reasonable issues on-site or return within 24 hours.


Location & Requirements
Q: Do you come to my home/work?
A: Yes! I'm mobile. You provide the location, I bring the equipment.

Q: What do I need to provide?
A: Access to electricity (220V outlet) and clean water. A flat, covered area is preferred but not required - I've worked in driveways, parking lots, even slanted hills. You must confirm water/electricity via WhatsApp before appointment.

Q: What if I don't have water or electricity?
A: No water: I can use steam cleaning (€20 surcharge for distilled water, takes longer).
No power: Cannot perform service until I get a generator (summer 2026). OR you can use my valet service (€30 round-trip) and I'll detail at my location.

Q: What's valet service?
A: I pick up your car, detail it at my location, and return it to you. €15 one-way, €30 round-trip. Fully agreed in advance.

Q: What if weather is bad on service day?
A: I'll contact you. If conditions prevent quality work, I'll suggest rescheduling or discuss options.


Damage & Liability
Q: What if you damage my car?
A: I'll inform you immediately and repair/replace at my cost. I work carefully and take responsibility for my work.

Q: What if cleaning reveals damage I didn't know about?
A: Sometimes dirt hides scratches, oxidation, or previous poor repairs. Once I clean, it becomes visible. This is not damage I caused. Please inspect your car with me before service and inform me of any existing issues.

Q: What if I have a very expensive/rare car?
A: Let's discuss in advance. I'll assess and let you know if I'm comfortable working on it.


Special Situations
Q: Can you detail my RV / boat / motorcycle?
A: Contact me! I'm happy to discuss custom jobs.

Q: My car is REALLY dirty. Like, really bad.
A: Please be honest during booking. If it's beyond the package you've booked, I'll recommend an upgrade. Even the dirtiest cars can be transformed, but it requires the appropriate service level.

Q: Can I watch while you work?
A: Absolutely. You’re welcome to watch and ask questions. It might take a little longer if I explain things as I go, but I’m happy to do that.
